With a degree from Sciences Po Strasbourg, Anne spent 9 years in auditing and consulting. Within KPMG France, she most notably co-piloted international framework contracts for development projects financed by international donors (UNHCR, European Commission, etc.). Shen then assisted organisations (large companies, SMEs, local authorities, government agencies...), in their search for European funding and helped to design EU projects in a variety of fields (water reuse, air quality monitoring, environmental scoring of food products, etc.).

Trained to use the Global Biodiversity Score (GBS) as a level 2-certified GBS assessor, Anne supports companies in their biodiversity approach within BioInt. She led the biodiversity footprint assessment of an agri-food holding company and contributed to the design of methodologies for measuring pressures and impacts for financial institutions (support for the design of their methodology for measuring the impact of their assets on biodiversity).

Anne is also involved in a number of projects relating to methods of measuring and accounting for the state of biodiversity and ecosystems, for example when supporting the Nature Positive Initiative on indicators of the state of ecosystems, designing a certification method for a French pilot of biodiversity credits, and preparing the Ecosystem Condition Protocol initiative.

Graduated from the top life and environmental sciences school in France, AgroParisTech, with an IDEA (environmental engineering: water, waste, soils and planning and technical management of environments) major in environmental engineering, Gabrielle has a strong interest in the field of biodiversity. She has worked with various stakeholders (businesses, local authorities, the public sector) supporting them with regards to their environmental impacts. 

At BioInt, she contributes to the design of methodologies for quantifying the pressures and impacts on biodiversity at different scales (investment portfolio, sites, value chains) for companies and financial institutions. She also helps companies to design their biodiversity roadmap: drafting biodiversity objectives and targets, modelling an impact trajectory and various scenarios, and building an action plan. 

She contributes to multiple works related to biodiversity credits through the development of the methodology on leakage for the Plan Vivo foundation, facilitating a webinar for the Partnership for Biodiversity Accounting Financials (PBAF) as well as writing strategic content on the structuring of biodiversity markets.

Level 2-certified GBS assessor of the Global Biodiversity Score (GBS), she supports CDC Biodiversité in the development of the GBS, more specifically the update and development of modules measuring the impacts of Mining and Oil & Gas activities. She is also involved in assessing the biodiversity footprint of economic actor, notably in agri-food.
